Fall Only Rooms for Rent in Bloomington IN -- Fall 2016

I am on sabbatical for fall 2016 and need to find two roommates for my wonderful house one mile from campus.  My current housemate, Eddie, will be living there.  He is an opera student who is very kind, quiet, and responsible.

The house is 1 mile from campus near Bryan Park.  It has all the amenities you can think of (fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier, dishwasher, disposal, ceiling fans, heat, air-conditioner, microwave, piano, towels and linens) and everything is included  -- even wifi and internet.  There is no TV.

One bedroom has a private bath and will rent for 1,100 per month
The other bedroom has a shared bath (with Eddie) for 800 per month
All utilities are included.
